Yes! When you sign up for one of the care plans, we’ll arrange a free site evaluation which includes a full site backup, security and malware checkup, and software updates if necessary.

What tasks are included in content and site support?

The most common requests are small design changes, text, media, testimonials, blog post uploads, and content updates that take 30 minutes or less to implement. New features and pages, as well as major design changes, are not included and will be billed separately due to the time and resources needed for these projects.

If I only make changes to my website a few times during the year, do I still need a website care plan?

Even if you have a small website and don’t plan on making many changes, a lot still goes on behind the scenes. Software gets updated often, security breaches occur, and more. Having a website care plan will ensure that your site remains secure and functioning properly.

What if my website goes down, breaks, or is hacked?
